About SHOU MEI
Shou Mei, translating to "Longevity Eyebrow," is traditionally sun-withered and minimally processed, allowing the mature leaves to develop their signature depth and complexity. Because it is harvested later in the season after the delicate buds have been plucked, the broad leaves are rich in natural character and possess a remarkable ability to age gracefully over time. The resulting cup is exceptionally mellow and full-bodied, offering a resonant, earthy sweetness that culminates in a smooth, elegantly clean finish.
