About LAO CHA TOU RIPE PU'ERH

Formed naturally as the richest, most pectin-dense leaves bind together during the wo-dui (wet-piling) fermentation process, premium pu'erh nuggets represent the sweetest essence of the batch. Years of careful aging further refine their character, softening any harsh edges and deepening the complexity. The resulting infusion yields a brilliant, dark ruby liquor characterized by a masterful balance of grounding earthiness, dried date sweetness, and a profound, smooth depth. Upon contact with hot water, the dense clusters require patience as they slowly unfurl, releasing a deeply soothing fragrance and ensuring a remarkably thick, throat-coating mouthfeel completely devoid of astringency
