About SILVER NEEDLE
Harvested from the revered Da Bai (Big White) tea varietal, premium, downy buds undergo a minimalist, traditional process of prolonged sun-withering and gentle drying to preserve absolute purity. Such minimal intervention prevents heavy oxidation, allowing natural, subtle complexities to flourish uninterrupted. The resulting infusion yields a brilliant, pale-apricot liquor characterized by a masterful balance of crisp honeysuckle, fresh meadow hay, and a deeply soothing, nectar-like sweetness. Upon contact with hot water, the plump, silver-clad shoots release an enchanting, delicate fragrance, ensuring a perfectly smooth, elegant mouthfeel completely devoid of astringency that endures beautifully across multiple steepings.
