About XIHU LONG JING
Cultivated in the misty mountains surrounding Hangzhou’s renowned West Lake, early spring buds are meticulously pan-roasted by skilled artisans to halt oxidation and lock in their vivid color. The resulting infusion yields a luminous, golden-green liquor characterized by a masterful balance of roasted nuttiness, delicate floral undertones, and a savory natural sweetness. Upon contact with hot water, the iconic sword-shaped leaves release an uplifting, crisp fragrance, ensuring a buttery, refreshing mouthfeel completely devoid of astringency.
