About DA HONG PAO
Harvested from the mineral-rich, craggy cliffs of Wuyishan, premium mature leaves undergo rigorous withering, bruising, and traditional charcoal baking to cultivate profound depth. The infusion yields a glowing, reddish-amber liquor characterized by a masterful balance of roasted cacao, subtle stone fruit, and a grounding earthiness. Upon contact with hot water, the rugged leaves release a mesmerizing, complex fragrance, ensuring a robust, velvety mouthfeel completely devoid of bitterness that evolves beautifully across multiple steepings.
